2 Data that you transmit to us

Data that you send to us via a contact form (e.g. confirmation of the correctness of a securities account, confirmation of a capital call, release of an account, creation of a new contact) is forwarded to the Union Investment Group company responsible for processing and processed there. 
We or the company of the Union Investment Group responsible for processing your inquiry will use this data exclusively to process and respond to your inquiry or to fulfill your request for information and to send you the requested information material, if necessary via a shipping service provider bound to confidentiality. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for the processing of the data described above is Article 6 (1) b or f DS-GVO. 
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, technical as well as organizational measures are used in order to adequately protect the data in addition to the editorial content support. Your data is stored on specially protected computers. The reading and further processing of your data is subject to strict internal regulations on the one hand, and on the other hand is carried out exclusively for the purpose for which you have provided us with this data. 
 

3 Purpose of data storage
The purpose of the data storage is exclusively the fulfillment of the service contract concluded between you and us and the rights and obligations arising therefrom. For example, we contact you by mail in order to make decisions in the affected participation. For this purpose, we need your first name and surname, your e-mail address and the function that you assume in relation to us within the framework of the contractual relationship in order to enable targeted communication.

For certain technical data processing processes, we use the support of external service providers. These service providers are carefully selected and meet high data protection and data security standards. They are bound to strict confidentiality and process data only on our behalf and according to our instructions. The legal basis for this transfer of personal data is Article 28 DS-GVO. Except in the cases explained in this privacy notice, we will only disclose data to third parties without your express consent if we are required to do so by law or by an official or court order.

Your personal data will be deleted when it is no longer needed to achieve the stated purposes and legal retention periods have expired.

6 Rights regarding stored personal data
You have the right to request information in accordance with Article 15 DS-GVO about the personal data stored about you. If you discover that your stored personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you may at any time request the immediate correction or completion of this data in accordance with Article 16 DS-GVO. Under the conditions specified in Articles 17(1) and 18(1) DS-GVO, you may also request the erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data. Please get in touch with your contact person 

If your data has been processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) DS-GVO) or a contract (Article 6(1)(b) DS-GVO), you have the right under Article 20 DS-GVO to receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to request that this data be transferred to a third party. In the case of consent (Article 6(1)(a) DS-GVO), you are free to revoke your consent at any time. If your data has been processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) DS-GVO), you have the right to object at any time in accordance with Article 21 DS-GVO.
